All orders are shipped from Arrernte Country in Central Australia.
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days by our fulfilment partner, Alice Springs Media, and shipped via the Australia Post network.
Australia-wide shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post ‘regular parcel post’ service and can take 7-10 business days to arrive, after dispatch. Express Post is available for orders within Australia, for an additional fee. Express Post orders can take 3-5 business days to arrive, after dispatch.
International shipping
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Returns and exchanges
All of our items are quality-checked and controlled and packed with great care to ensure they arrive to you in the same condition. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo or video, and notify us within 48hrs of receiving it.
Lost or damaged items may be eligible for a refund by making a claim with Australia Post. We do not currently offer returns or exchanges.
